Test the configuration
Once all cameras are adjusted, run a Configuration Test to verify the WIB™ Unit configuration and connectivity before or during production. To ensure you are starting with a clean session and the correct configuration, close and reopen the session and the WIB™ Capture Program before beginning.
Note: Camera assignments and available photo buttons are determined by the capture workflow, which is an administrator configuration. These settings should not change once configured. If buttons or photo types are missing, contact your administrator to verify the workflow configuration.
Run a test box through the full capture sequence and verify each of the following:
- Camera assignments — Confirm each camera is assigned to the correct view (Standard, Stadium, Array). Refer to Camera Channels - Assign Cameras if a camera is not assigned to the expected view. If the workflow requires the stadium document camera to capture a standard view (for Large Letter Boxes 24" x 12" x 10" or Large/Legal Boxes 24" x 15" x 10"), verify the stadium camera is configured accordingly.
- Image quality — After capturing each photo type, review images in the Image Strip to confirm they are in focus and meet the capture threshold defined in the Service Level Agreement (e.g., 100% file label visibility). Use the Preview Pop-Out Window for a full-scale view while capturing stadium photos. Refer to 09 - Preview and Review Images from Image Strip.
- Retake if needed — If an image does not meet requirements, delete it from the Image Strip and retake. Manifest, Standard, Stadium, and File Level photos can be deleted. Refer to 10 - Retake an Image.
- Close the test session — Select Stop in the Current Box section of the Message Center to close the session. Confirm closing when prompted. Refer to 12 - Close a Session.
- Confirm transfer — In the System Status section of the Message Center, verify that Content to Upload reads 0 before proceeding. Refer to 13 - Confirm Transfer.
- Confirm upload in WIB™ Review — Log in to the WIB™ Portal and navigate to the test session to confirm all images transferred and are visible. Refer to 14 - Review Images on WIB Review.
If any step fails, refer to the Troubleshooting articles for guidance.
