Section 7.1.2 Export Package History Report

Section 7.1.2 Export Package History Report

Accessing the Report

Navigate to Reports > Export Package History Report. The report loads directly to the results grid.

Results Grid

The grid displays one row per export package per box.

The grid columns are:

  • Export Package Name — the name of the export package.
  • Box Identifier — the Box Identifier the export was delivered to.
  • Project — the Project the box belongs to.
  • Collection — the Collection the box belongs to.
  • Image Count — the number of images included in the export package.
  • Date Exported — the date the export completed.

Each column supports filtering. The grid is paginated; use the pager controls at the bottom to navigate pages and adjust page size.

To scope an export to specific rows, select those rows using the checkboxes at the left of the grid before clicking Export.

Exporting the Report

Click Export at the top-right of the page to open the Export a Report dialog. If rows are selected, only those rows are included in the export; otherwise the full grid is exported.

Dialog fields:

  • Report Type — auto-set to ExportHistoryReport. Read-only.
  • Email Recipients — optional. Enter one or more email addresses to be notified when the export completes.
  • Export Targets — optional. Select one or more configured targets to deliver the exported file to. Targets are configured under Section 13.5 Set Export Destination.
  • Filter — pre-populated with the current filter state of the grid. Editable.

Click Submit to queue the export. The exported file becomes available in Section 7.2 Exported Reports when processing completes.

For a recurring export on a schedule, see Section 7.3 Export Report Schedules.

Exported Format

The exported file is a Microsoft Excel workbook (.xlsx) containing a single sheet with the exported rows and the same columns as the on-screen grid.

Note: Each report under Section 7.1 produces a different export format. See the Scanner Barcode Duration Report, Reconciliation Report, and Image Quality Analysis Report articles for their specific export formats.

Note: This report tracks exports produced by the Reports section (Section 7), including both manual and scheduled exports. It is distinct from Section 13.6 Export History, which tracks image and metadata exports produced by the Export module.

Note: Access to the Export Package History Report requires the Export Package History Report permission in Section 12.5 Security Policy.
