Accessing the Report
Navigate to Reports > Scanner Barcode Duration Report. The report loads directly to the results grid.
Results Grid
The grid displays one row per box per session. Each row represents a single operator's scan activity on one box within one session.
The grid columns are:
- Username — the operator's username.
- Unit — the WIB™ Unit identifier used during the session.
- Workspace — the Workspace the session ran in.
- Project — the Project the box belongs to.
- Collection — the Collection the box belongs to.
- Session — the session identifier.
- Box — the Box Identifier.
- First Date — the date scanning began on this box.
- First Time — the time scanning began on this box.
- End Time — the time scanning ended on this box.
- Images — the number of images scanned in this box during the session.
- Box TTL Sec — the total time spent on the box, in seconds (from First Time to End Time).
- Min Sec — the minimum time spent on a single image scan within the box, in seconds.
- Max Sec — the maximum time spent on a single image scan within the box, in seconds.
- Sec Per Image — the average time per image (Box TTL Sec divided by Images), in seconds.
- FPM — frames per minute.
- FPH — frames per hour.
- Pause Time — the total time within the session during which no scanning occurred, in seconds.
Each column supports filtering. The grid is paginated; use the pager controls at the bottom to navigate pages and adjust page size.
Exporting the Report
Click Export at the top-right of the page to open the Export a Report dialog.
Dialog fields:
- Report Type — auto-set to
BarcodeDurationReport. Read-only. - Email Recipients — optional. Enter one or more email addresses to be notified when the export completes.
- Export Targets — optional. Select one or more configured targets to deliver the exported file to. Targets are configured under Section 13.5 Set Export Destination.
- Filter — pre-populated with the current filter state of the grid. Editable.
Click Submit to queue the export. The exported file becomes available in Section 7.2 Exported Reports when processing completes.

The exported file is a Microsoft Excel workbook (.xlsx) containing a single sheet with all visible rows and the same columns as the on-screen grid.
Note: Each report under Section 7.1 produces a different export format. See the Export Package History Report, Reconciliation Report, and Image Quality Analysis Report articles for their specific export formats.
Note: Access to the Scanner Barcode Duration Report requires the Scanner Barcode Duration Report permission in Section 12.5 Security Policy.
