Section 1.1.1.6 Tablet PC Settings

If the monitors are switched, unplugged, or WIB™ Capture is closed prematurely, the touchscreen monitors may require calibration. Any user can perform this procedure using the mini-keyboard included with the WIB™ Unit.


Calibrate the Touchscreen Monitors

  1. Attach the mini-keyboard to the WIB™ Unit.
  2. Open the hamburger menu in WIB™ Capture.
  3. Click TABLET PC SETTINGS. The Tablet PC Settings dialog opens.
  4. On the Display tab, click Setup in the Configure section.
  5. Tap the screen that displays the tap-to-identify touchscreen prompt with your finger. The dialog closes automatically.

For high-volume WIB™ Units with two touchscreen monitors, the tap-to-identify prompt will appear on the second monitor after step 5. Tap that screen as well. The dialog closes automatically after the second tap.

Note: The PC display is locked during this procedure. This is expected behavior.
