Displays are out of synch and opening in cascade or one over the other

Go to C:\Users\scanner\AppData\Local\RadixData\WhatInBoxScanner.exe_Url_xbfl31o5tngxep4tfwl0fyr1tv23jfet and delete the user.config file. This will remove all customization the field office may have set up on prior user settings.

The switch screen button is no longer active since it was causing the same error.

Warning
The field office will be required to set the crop settings again since deleting the file will also remove any settings the field office has set previously. Make sure you inform the field office of this.
