AI Client Billing

AI Client Billing

The AI Client Billing page lets you review the billed usage of the AImagix AI features applied to your images: how many images each feature processed and the resulting sale price, across your collections, time periods, and WIB™ Units. It opens from AI Client Billing in the left navigation.

Each AImagix feature has its own panel with an identical set of controls and its own totals:
  • Image Quality Analysis
  • Data Extraction
  • Image Redaction
  • AI Translation
  • Form Identification
Because each panel filters and totals independently, you set the controls separately in each one.

Summary totals

At the top of every panel, for the current filter selection:
  • Images — the number of images processed by that feature
  • Collections — the number of collections represented
  • Sale Price / Image — your contracted per-image rate, in USD
  • Total Sale Price — the billed total for the filtered scope, in USD

Controls

The controls are identical in every feature panel.

  • View: Detailed lists every billed line at row level. Summary aggregates them and adds a Group by choice.
  • Group by (Summary only): Unit or Collection groups the totals by WIB™ Unit or by collection.
  • Filter: Month/Year shows the Filter by Year and Filter by Month dropdowns, while Date Range replaces them with Start Year, Start Month, End Year, and End Month to bill across a span.
  • Mode: Normal shows production billing. Test is reserved for evaluating new AI models and currently holds no data.
  • Collection(s), Model(s), and Reasoning Mode(s): filter by collection, AI model, and reasoning mode. Each selects a single value or its All default. Today one model (o4-mini) and one reasoning mode (medium) are in use.
  • Unit(s): scope the panel to a single WIB™ Unit. The dropdown lists only units that have processed images through that feature. Leave it set to All Units for the combined total.
  • Clear: resets the panel filters.

Results

  • Detailed view shows Collection, Year, Month, Model, Reasoning Mode, Unit, Images, and Total Sale Price, with Collection, Year, and Month sortable.
  • Summary view grouped by Unit shows Unit, Images, and Total Sale Price. Grouped by Collection it shows Collection, Images, and Total Sale Price.
  • Results are paged. Set Rows per page (default 20), and the pager shows how many records are displayed.
