You can access the Home Page from any area of WIB Review by
selecting the WIB Icon in the header. The Home Page provides quick access to most
frequented areas. Each Project and the
associated stats are displayed for the end user. Quick links to tasks and newly
added items along with communications from team members and news about upcoming
features are also included.
Section 1.1 Quick Links
Quick Links are links to other pages related to each quick link. For example, My Task List will take you to the appropriate page with the results of that page filtered to your open tasks.
Section 1.1.1 Project Summary
Project statistics for each project a user has access to are displayed on a card. By selecting a Project, the user is taken to the Project in the Review Page. The Project is per-selected and expanded in the navigation tree for the user.
By selecting My Tasks, the User is redirected to the Review page with the open tasks assigned to them available in the navigation tree.
By selecting New Items, the user is redirected to the Review page with only newly added items available in the navigation tree. This ensures that newly added items are at once reviewed.
My Task List supplies a high-level overview of the items assigned to the User. By selecting a specific item in the Task List, the user is redirected to the Review page with only those items shown in the navigation tree. This allows users to address older tasks or higher priority tasks first.
Messages from other team members appear in the Messages window. These messages are included with the record when opened in Review. The user can respond to the message through the messages pane or while in the Record in Review. Only new unread messages are displayed. To view older messages, a user selects “More Items…”.
Release notes and a list of new features are available to end users in the News window. New feature requests can be sent through the knowledge base. Once a feature meets the request threshold our development team creates a release plan for the new feature. Feature requests with the highest requests will be developed first.
