Section 14
Workspace Settings
Section 14.1 Workspace Settings Overview
Workspace settings give Program Managers the ability to configure workspaces and apply settings at the highest level, not at the Project or Collection level. Workspace settings are organized into pages accessible from the left navigation panel. Two pages are currently available: Image Quality Levels and Extraction Confidence Levels.
Section 14.2 Image Quality Levels
The
Image Quality Levels page configures the AImagix Quality Thresholds applied across the workspace. A Program Manager can determine which AI Image Quality Analysis score values are
Good,
Fair, and
Poor. These thresholds drive the visual indicators (Green check, Yellow flag, Red X) on image names throughout WIB™ Review. See
Section 10.2.3 Artificial Intelligence: Image Quality Analysis, Data Extraction, and Redaction for how the AImagix Quality scores are calculated.
Section 14.3 Extraction Confidence Levels
The
Extraction Confidence Levels page configures the AImagix Extraction Confidence Thresholds applied across the workspace. A Program Manager can determine which AImagix Extract confidence score values are
High,
Medium, and
Low. The threshold setting is workspace-wide, and the underlying confidence scoring is performed per attribute — each extracted attribute value carries its own confidence score, and that score is then classified into one of the three levels using the workspace thresholds. See
AI Data Extraction Confidence Calculation for how AImagix Extract confidence scores are calculated.
The resulting High, Medium, and Low classifications are displayed in the
AI Extraction Mapping tile on the Review page, where each extracted attribute shows its confidence percentage alongside the color-coded classification. The AI Extraction Mapping tile can be enabled or disabled in tile settings — see
Section 6.2 Tiles. The same confidence classifications are also surfaced in the
Verification Module.
Section 14.3.1 High Confidence Minimum
The High Confidence Minimum slider sets the lowest score that still qualifies as High confidence. Attributes with confidence scores at or above this value are tagged as High. The default value is 90 on a 0–100 scale.
Section 14.3.2 Medium Confidence Minimum
The Medium Confidence Minimum slider sets the lowest score that still qualifies as Medium confidence. Attributes with confidence scores at or above this value, but below the High Confidence Minimum, are tagged as Medium. The default value is 70. Attribute scores below the Medium Confidence Minimum are tagged as Low.
Section 14.3.3 Preview
The Preview panel shows the three confidence levels and their current score ranges in real time as the threshold sliders are adjusted. Using the default values, the Preview displays: High 90–100, Medium 70–89, Low 0–69.
Section 14.3.4 Save Changes
The Save Changes button commits the current slider values as the new workspace thresholds. Once saved, the thresholds take effect for all subsequent AImagix Extract confidence classifications across the workspace.
Section 14.3.5 Reset to Defaults
The
Reset to Defaults button restores the sliders to the system default values (High Confidence Minimum 90, Medium Confidence Minimum 70). The change is not applied to the workspace until
Save Changes is clicked.

Note: Both Image Quality Levels and Extraction Confidence Levels are configured at the workspace level. Project- and Collection-level overrides are not available for these thresholds.
