Stadium Ramp and/or File Platform (Steps 25 - 27)

The following instructions show the Stadium Ramp however, the instructions are the same for the File Capture Platform with the only variation being the File Capture Platform does not have a handle.

Step 25 – Remove Stop Pin from Stadium Ramp & Store in Tools & Small Parts Box

Unscrew the Stop Pin from the Stadium Ramp located on the right side of the ramp if facing the Unit from the back.  Store the Stop Pin in compartment 6 of the Tools & Small Parts & Tools Box.

Step 26 – Remove Stadium Ramp from Table Extension

Rest the Stadium ramp against the backstop to prevent it from falling over when removing the ramp from the table extension. Using the 3/16” (White) Hex Key, release the L-Brackets of the Stadium Ramp from the Table Extension by unscrewing the two (2) 3/16”- 1/2” Hex Socket Cap Screws, 3/16” Washer Bolts under the Table Extension on the Right Side of the Stadium Ramp when facing the Unit from the back. Then remove the two (2) 3/16”- 1/2” Hex Socket Cap Screws, 3/16” Washer Bolts under the Table Extension on the Left Side of the Stadium Ramp when facing the Unit from the back. Store the Hex Cap Screws and Washer Bolts in Compartment 5 of the Tools and Small Parts Box.


Step 27 – Prepare Stadium Ramp for and Storing Ramp

Disengage the Stadium Ramp from Handle Cradle. Rotate the L-Brackets so the Threaded Bore Holes are perpendicular to the Axel as shown. Store the Ramp in Layer 2 of the Foam Packing Tray face down with the handle resting on the back of the Handle Cradle and the L-Brackets in the cut-out slots as shown in Figure 25 slide Layer 1 into position to protect the Stadium Ramp.
