Dashboard

A Graphical user interface with an at-a-glance view of key performance indicators. A "progress report" configurable by administrators


Search

WIB™ Search - users conduct searches in a systematic way for information specified in a textual search query.


Quality Control

(Roadmap)

WIB™ Quality Control – users can take curative actions to correct the image capture of photos that are not of satisfactory quality.


Review

WIB™ Review - users "review" records. Review can be filtered using a navigation pane (like file explorer), tasks, workflow or from performing a search


Reports

WIB™ Reports - gives managers and administrators the ability to create customizable reports for managing projects. Report widgets based on attribute values. Report types include line, bar, column, pie, donut, hierarchy, and geographical charts.


Project Management

Project Management gives managers and administrators the ability to create projects and associate the following elements to a project, collection, taxonomy, attributes, and workflow.


Configuration Management

Configuration Management allows administrators to configure different elements for a workspace. A taxonomy, workflows, attributes, and automation through lists and/or regular expressions are elements of a workspace.


Data Management

Data Management gives administrators the ability to view the progress of uploads and errors. They can retroactively update data when changes to the configuration of a project, collection, session, or box are made.


Security Management

Administrators manage users, groups, and roles by granting access and defining actions allowed for a group of users, users with a specific role or individual users.


Exports

Administrators can export completed records for import to another system.
