Section 9.5   Project Detail/Edit

Selecting a Project from the catalog or from My Projects in the navigation page will take you to the Project Detail/Edit page where the collection(s) assigned to the Project are listed in a grid.

Section 9.5.1                   Collection Detail/Edit

Selecting a collection from the grid on the Project Detail/Edit page will take you to the Collection Detail/Edit page where the sessions for the collection are listed once production is started.

Section 9.5.1.1              Automated Image Rotation

Automatic image rotation will perform an image rotation based on the orientation of the majority of the text on the image.

Section 9.5.1.2             Custom Tags

You can create custom tags under the Collection. The color of the tag and text can be configured for each Tag.

Section 9.5.2                  Session Detail/Edit

Selecting a session from the grid on the Collection Detail/Edit page will take you to the Session Detail/Edit page where boxes for the collection are listed.

Section 9.5.2.1             Edit Session Description

The Session Description is the Session Note added by the operator at the WIB™ Unit. There may be a need to edit the description i.e., correct a misspelling of a word. Select Edit to edit the description and add or correct the description.

Section 9.5.2.2            Add a Session Note

As an administrator you can add a note to the Session after the fact.

Note: You can drill down to the box level to view an audit trail for the box. You cannot edit any information beyond the Session Level .
