Section 9.3   Catalog

The catalog lists all the projects in your workspace along with all valuable information about the project. Below you will find a list of project metadata provided in the catalog. You can Create, Edit/Update and Delete a project from the Catalog. To Edit a Project, select the Project Name from the Catalog. You can remove a project by selecting the delete button on the same row of the project you would like to remove.

Section 9.3.1                  Catalog Project Metadata

Project Name, Project Description, Admin User, Status, Collection(s), Workflow(s), Current Version, Date Created, Last Updated, and Updated by (displays the user that last updated the Project). Once a Project is selected from the Catalog, the settings for the Project and the Collections assigned to the Project will appear side by side. Once production is underway, you can select the Collection(s) and view the sessions for each Collection. Some of the features are not available at this time and therefor the data is not displayed in the catalog. As the features are added the information will be added.
