Section 11.1.1.2 Boxes

The Boxes Section gives management a high-level view of boxes uploaded to the workspace in a grid. The following information is available for each box:

  1. Identifier – unique identifier for the box, usually the barcode
  2. Project
  3. Collection
  4. Zip file Count – indicates the number of times the box was processed on a WIB™ Unit and uploaded to the workspace.
  5. Export Status – The status will show if all the images for each time the box was processed are exported. If a box has multiple zip files and only some have been exported, the status will show false.
  6. Date Created – The date the images are ingested into the portal. This does not reflect the date the box was processed on a WIB™ Unit. The capture date is recorded in the Box Processing report. Sessions that have errors that require intervention to successfully process through to the portal will show the successful upload date.

Section 11.1.1.2.1          Box Details

The box details contain the same information from the grid plus a note section and the Zip file listing.

Section 11.1.1.2.1.1             Box Notes

Notes can be added to the box after being captured on the Box Details page. Each note will have the user who added the note, the date and time the note was added, and the note text.

Section 1.1.1.1.1.2                Zip files

A zip file represents the capture of a box for a specific session. If there are more than one zip file, the box was captured more than once.
