Section 7 Reports

Section 7 Reports

Reports

The Reports page provides managers with reporting tools beyond those available to general users. Each available report presents its results in a box-level grid with row expansion for image-level (and, where applicable, attribute-level) detail, and can be exported or scheduled for recurring export. Access to Reports, and to each individual report, is governed by the Security Policy and by project scope.

Reports Permissions

Visibility of Reports is controlled in the Security Policy. The Reports permission tree contains the following entries:

  • Reports - grants access to the Reports area. Within it, per-report permissions under Reports > Reports gate visibility of each individual report, so a user sees only the report types they are permitted.
  • Exported Reports - grants access to the Exported Reports page (Section 7.2), where completed one-off and scheduled report exports are downloaded.
  • Export Report Schedule - grants access to create and manage recurring report export schedules (Section 7.3).
  • Targets - grants access to the export destinations used by report exports (Section 7.4).
Info
In the Security Policy, this permission is labeled Export Report Schedule (singular). The corresponding page and its documentation use Export Report Schedules (plural). The two refer to the same feature.

Section 7.1 List of Available Reports

Each available report is listed in the Reports menu. Select a report below for details on its query options, grid layout, and export format.

Section 7.2 Exported Reports

When a report is exported manually or generated on a schedule, the resulting file becomes available on the Exported Reports page, where users with access can download it. For the full page reference - status values, retention, and download behavior - see Section 7.2 Exported Reports.

Section 7.3 Export Report Schedules

Users with access can schedule the recurring export of a report - naming the schedule, providing an optional description, setting the recurrence, selecting the report type, enabling the schedule, and providing optional email recipients. For the full reference, including CRON Expression syntax, see Section 7.3 Export Report Schedules.

Section 7.4 Targets

This feature was removed from this location. Refer to Section 13.5 Set Export Destination for the current documentation.
