Monitors (Step 5 - 11)

Step 5 - Get Monitor Storage Case

Remove the Monitor Storage Case from the shelves below the main conveyor section. Plate the Monitor Storage Case on top of Layer 2 of the Foam Packing. Remove the cover of the Monitor Storage Compartment.


Step 6 - Remove Monitors from Vesa Mount

Unscrew the Acorn Nut that secures the Monitors to the Vesa Mount. Store the Acorn Nut in Compartment 9 of the Small Parts and Tools Storage Box. Remove the Left Monitor and place it screen side up in the left portion of the Storage Case with the top of the monitor on the left and the bottom of the monitor on the right. Remove the Right Monitor and place it screen side up in the right portion of the Storage Case with the top of the monitor to the right and the bottom of the monitor to the left.  The bottom of both monitors should be touching in the center of the Storage Case as shown. Place Monitor Storage Case lid over the monitors to protect them and to use a workspace for the next step(s).


Step 7 - Remove Cable Clips from Vesa Mount

Remove each of the cable clips holding the cables from the Vesa Mount. Make sure the clips are on the cords after removing them from the Vesa Mount.


Step 8 - Remove Vesa Mount

Using the 6mm (Grey) hex key, loosen the hex screw on the Vesa mount. The Hex Screw can be found on the back of the Vesa Mount as shown.


Step 9 – Adjust Mounting Plates on Vesa Mount for Storage

Using the 5mm hex Key, loosen the hex bolt securing the Mounting Plate in position. Rotate the Mounting Plate until the Securing Bolt is in the horizontal position as shown.

Step 10 - Remove the Horizontal Monitor Support Bar

Remove the Cable Clip from the Monitor Support. Position the Stadium Ramp to allow the best access to the Crossbar Stabilizers. Using the 6mm (Grey) Hex Key, loosen the receivers for the Horizontal Monitor Support Bar. Remove the Horizontal Support Bar.


Step 11 – Disassemble the Monitor Support Pole

Place the Monitor Support on the lid of the Monitor Storage Case. Using the 6mm (Grey) Hex Key, loosen the Monitor Support Bar L-Joint so the Cross bar can be separated from the Vesa Mount Pole. Move the parts to the conveyor section and remove the lid of the Monitor Storage Case. Place the Vesa Mount Pole with the L-Joint still attached, Vesa Mount, and Cross bar in the Monitor Storage Case as shown in . Place the lid on the Monitor Storage Case and stow the case back in the base of the unit under the main conveyor section.
