The Review Platform for What’s in the Box is designed to provide end users access to the photographs of records with the extracted data configured in the Platform. This allows for users to use the analytics, auto extracted and classification of records process through WIB™.

Section 1.1       Review Platform Access

Before you begin, please make sure your Project Administrator has invited you to join a Project and that you have access to the WIB™ Portal and the access rights to the records using the Review Platform.

Section 1.1.1                   Account Registration Email

Click on the link in the email to confirm and set up your account. Please look in your Spam folder if you do not receive an email.


 Section 1.1.2                  Set Password

You will have to set up your account with a password. You must agree to the Privacy and Security Policies to use the Review Platform. Links are supplied for you to review both policies.

Section 1.2      Login

You will be directed to login to your account anytime you access the Review Platform.


Section 1.2.1                  Forgot Password

You can request access to your account if you have forgotten your password directly from the login screen.

Section 1.3      Portal

The portal supplies quick access to your workspace(s) and resources having key information.


A workspace is a secure private online space. Workspaces function on an invite only basis so you will only ever see a workspace if you have been asked to join it. A workspace might be created for a project, a team, or a client engagement. Every workspace is different and can be tailored to suit a variety of needs. Each user performs their work within a workspace.

Section 1.3.1.1          Workspace Customization

Clients can customize the appearance of the workspace with their own logo. Only a System Administrator can configure a custom workspace logo. Please contact your Account Manager with RadixData for instructions on how to submit a logo for the workspace.

Section 1.3.2                 Resources

Users have access to the WIB™ Mobile link to RadixData webpage that provides QR codes to download the app from Google Play and/or the App Store and access to the knowledge base for the Mobile application on the page.

User can access Product Manuals for the WIB™Apparatus to download or print and access to the knowledge base for the WIB™ Apparatus.

A knowledge base is a published collection of documentation that typically includes answers to frequently asked questions, how-to guides, and troubleshooting instructions. Its purpose is to make it easy for people to find solutions to their problems without having to ask for help. Each knowledge base provides quick access to technical support.

A knowledge base can encompass many forms of content, including:

·         Frequently asked questions

·         Step-by-step process guides

·         Introductory articles

·         Video demonstrations

·         Glossaries and definition lists 

Section 1.3.3                 Profile

Update your username or add a phone number to your account.

Section 1.3.3.1         Email

Update your email to a new email address.

Section 1.3.3.2        Password

You can change your password.                         

Section 1.3.3.3        Two-factor Authentication

Add two-factor authentication to your account.

Section 1.3.3.4        Personal Data

You can download or remove your personal information. To know what information has been collected, select the download button. By removing your data, you are also removing your account from WIB™ Review. You will need to request a new account from your Project Administrator to be added back to WIB™ Review.

Section 1.3.3.5        Return to Portal

Directs you to the portal to select a workspace or access resource material.
