Section 6.15.1                   Create Export Package

You can create an export package for the results of a search from the Review page similar to creating an export package from Search.  See Section 5.4.6.1 Create Export Package.

Section 6.15.2                  Delete an Image

Select the delete image button from the top left corner of the review page to delete a specific image. The user will be prompted to type the name of the image to ensure that an image is not accidentally deleted. The confirmation “Yes” button is not active if the typed image name does not match.

Section 6.15.2.1                  Delete Box if last Image

If the image being deleted is the only image in the box, a prompt will appear asking if you would like to delete the entire box instead. This is to prevent boxes with zero (0) images.

Section 6.15.2.2         Delete Multiple Images (Admins ONLY)

An administrator can select multiple images and delete them in a single action. The navigation pane and image strip visually indicate the images selected. The image name is highlighted with a red pipe next to it. The thumbnail images are highlighted in the image strip. The Image Viewer Header notification displays the number of images selected in red text.

To select multiple images, hold the Ctrl key and select the images to delete. Once the images are selected, select the Delete button. The admin user will be prompted to type DELETE X IMAGES to ensure images are not accidentally deleted. If the confirmation prompt does not match, the “Yes” button is not active. The admin user can insert a deletion note.
